The Facilities Management Department is requesting proposals from vendors to construct ADA modifications to the bathroom and entrances for the wellness building at the Senior Center. The Town is looking for contractors to provide all materials, equipment, and labor for demolition, removal, and installation of an ADA compliant bathroom and entrances to the wellness building as indicated in the scope of work and on the attached plan set If any bidder contemplating submitting a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of these specifications, he may submit requests for information and/or clarification in writing via e-mail to maintenance@mansfieldct.org by August 2, 2023. No interpretations as to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract Documents shall be made to any bidder orally.
