Project awarded to Shadow Construction : $22,820 To complete 1 rural water connection and 4 urban water/sewer connections: 1.Water Connection - NE 11-11-11W, 61158 Road 61W The Municipality of North Norfolk has received a request for a water connection to the Regional Water Distribution Line. There is an existing house on the property located on NE 11-11-11W, 61158 Road 61W. We will be connecting onto the 3" main in the NE intersection ditch on road 61W and 62N. There will be one road crossing. 2.Water/Sewer Connection - Lot 2, Plan 57500, Tower Avenue - Austin The Municipality of North Norfolk has received a request for a sewer connection and a water connection in the Austin Distribution Line to a vacant lot. We will be connecting onto the 6" existing water main and 10" gravity sewer main located near back of property. Customer would like lines trenched 15 feet into property after curb stop. 3. Three Water/Sewer Connections - 92 Railway Avenue - Austin The Municipality of North Norfolk has received a request for 3 low pressure sewer connections and 3 water connections on the Austin Distribution Line to 3 vacant lots. We will be connecting onto the 3" existing water and sewer main in Road (gravel). Customer would like lines trenched 15ft into property after curbstop. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Public Works, Ryan Palas at 871-2425 or Operations Manager, Mike Rodgers at 871-4223. The Contractor will be responsible for all line locates. All work must be scheduled with the Municipal Public Works staff. The contractor will provide 1 year Warranty on work after installation. Final clean up including landscaping and reseeding must be approved by the municipality. 10% of payment will be withheld until the project meets Municipal standards.
