Upgrade to Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division Facilities. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has closed at the owner. The RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the City) to prospective Suppliers to submit Bids for Architectural and Electro-Mechanical Consultants for the City of Toronto, Seniors Services and Long Term Care Division, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables):.1 It is the intention of the City to award up to two (2) contracts to the highest overall Bidders who meets the requirements listed in each category of this Request for Proposal based on the initial contract period. Important Notice from the City of Toronto: 1 The City of Toronto intends to engage Suppliers for the design and contract administration services required, including, but not limited to, designing, preparing and submitting Regulatory and Governance based applications and approvals, budget estimating, project cost control, tendering, construction and contract administration, commissioning, field inspection and coordination with all parties involved for the State of Good Repair (SOGR) work assignments for the Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division (SSLTC). 2 This Requirement for Deliverables document is to provide enough information to allow the Suppliers to understand the architectural and electro-mechanical scope of services. The Suppliers' firm retained through this Request for Proposal (RFP) will prepare detailed documents to cover varying aspects of each assignment/project as per Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division (SSLTC) approved annual SOGR project list.
