The scope of work is for replacement of existing 36" Corrugated Metal Pipe and includes: Installation of approximately 90 LF of 36" Diameter HDPE Stormwater Pipe, 45 LF of 15" Diameter PVC Stormwater Pipe, 2 EA Curb Inlets, 2 EA Concrete Manholes, 1 EA Concrete Headwall, 90 TON Class II Channel Lining. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to scole@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606-385-3333 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
