Selective Demolition of the F-13 Building at CSU Channel Islands RFI Deadline: Wednesday 08/16/2023; 2:00pm with a final response sent back to bidders by Monday 08/21/2023; 5:00pm. In general, the work consists of Selective non-structural Interior Demolition services. Exterior concrete structure, concrete floor structure, concrete roof structure, and all exterior elements are EXCLUDED unless noted otherwise. The scope of work is detailed in the F-13 Interior Demo Scoping Drawing, a set of photos to better describe conditions and limitations of scope, and a written F-13 Interior Demo Scoping Doc The scope will include some plumbing removal and some stub and cap work - the campus will shut off any live plumbing at time of discovery - in general the plumbing should NOT be live. More information is in the IFB. The scope will include demolition of some electrical but not all. Some panels and circuits are to remain. The campus will collaborate with the contractor for lock-out/tag-out where needed. The scope will require the inclusion of an electrician. More information about this is in the Scoping Doc.
