Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as SNAIL Neighborhood Improvements, TR-19-01" consisting of Install curb extensions, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, new signage, pavement striping and markings, traffic signal poles and foundations, traffic signal equipment, speed feedback signs, and drainage inlets at various streets and intersections according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of one hundred twenty (120) working days. Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid dollar amount and conforming to the prescribed bidding procedures is required to be submitted with each bid. Be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the project. Should a bidder discover conflicts or ambiguity in the bid documents that require a decision or explanation, bidder may request an interpretation.
