The proposed construction consists of topsoil stripping, grading, stone base, asphalt pavement, perimeter fence, lighting, and other miscellaneous items of work. The electrical work and lighting is a separate contract from the remaining. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Williams Bay for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions.
