Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (hereinafter referred To as CFPUA or the Authority) is requesting proposals for the Richardson Water Treatment Plant PLC Upgrade Project The Purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite qualified vendors to submit their proposals for the Richardson Water Treatment Plant PLC Upgrades Project. PLC Upgrade consist of removing the existing equipment and hardware in PLC 101, 102 and 103 and upgrade these units with new updated equipment. All inquiries concerning this proposal shall be directed to Benjamin Guerrieri of the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority at e-mail bids@cfpua.org and phone 910-332-6651. No questions will be answered after Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 2:00pm. If you intend to submit a proposal on this project you must register with bids@cfpua.org in order to receive addendums. It is the Contractors responsibility to ensure proposals are received on time. If emailing or faxing please call or email to confirm receipt If a Contractor fails to complete and submit all requirements stated in this Advertisement for Proposals and those further requirements stated in the proposal document, the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority may deem such failure nonresponsive and therefore a forfeiture of the proposal. The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any all proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn after Proposals have been opened, except as provided in the North Carolina General Statutes.
