This project is to expand the parking lot located on the east side of N 1st Street between E Detroit Street and E College Street of Broken Arrow, OK. The grassed area in the northeast corner of the exiting parking lot is to be paved for parking, the empty lot to the south of the existing parking lot is to be paved for parking, and the gravel service road is to be paved to the end of the existing parking lot for access to the parking lots. In addition to the expanded parking lots this project includes landscaping and lighting to match the aesthetic of the Rose Dist As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to select the Proposal furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by the City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. Contract time for project shall be Sixty (60) calendar days. Liquidated damages for this Contract are the sum of One Thousand dollars and no cents ($1,000-00) per day for each day the Contractor exceeds the Contract time for completion
