The Project consists of road maintenance including catch basin repair, curb and gutter replacement, and necessary asphalt patching. Specific work on each road consists mainly of the following: o Oak Street (mill and fill and overbanding and chip sealing) o Viking Drive (chip sealing) o Dundee Ridge Subdivision (overbanding) o Golf Ridge Subdivision (overbanding and micro-surface) o Pearl Street Parking Lot (overbanding and micro-surface) o Strawberry Street (overbanding and chip sealing) o Ridge Subdivision (overbanding and chip sealing) o Powell (overbanding and chip sealing) o Helle Drive (overbanding and chip sealing). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via email only to Jennifer Chehab, P.E. at jennifer.chehab@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday August 2, 2023. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after 5:00 P.M. August 2, 2023 may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
