RFQ NMFS AKR-23-0719 for a contractor to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Services, Alaska Region (AKR) one job of Professional Services of Network cabling to support wireless infrastructure for AKR Conference Rooms in the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Government will make award of a firm fixed price purchase order to the contractor based on best value to the Government per the evaluation factors of the Statement of Objectives. BACKGROUND The NMFS Alaska Region (AKR) has a requirement to install network cabling (copper and fiberoptic) to support installation of wireless infrastructure in its conference rooms of the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building operated by the General Services Administration (GSA). SCOPE This statement of objectives (SOO) is for one job of installation of CAT6 copper network cabling from the conference rooms on the 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th floors of the Juneau Federal Building to the wiring closets on their respective floors, installation and connection of copper patch panels in the 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th floor wiring closets and installation, termination and connection of OM4 optical fiber runs and breakout boxes from the wiring closets on the 4th floor to the Data Center on the 4th floor. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The location for this network cabling job is the Juneau Federal Building, 709 W 9th Street, Juneau, Alaska
