As of Oct 16, 2023 the project was awarded to PSI Pumping Solutions Inc , the General Contract and HVAC contract for $712,782 and A.N. Lynch Co Inc/Electrical Contract for $158,000 The project bid consists of three (3) contracts: General, HVAC, and Electrical. The scope of work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, demolition, bypass pumping, earthwork, utilities, paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry restoration, metal fabrications, painting, wet-pit submersible sewage pumps, cranes and hoists, pipe, valves and fittings, heating and ventilation equipment, electrical service and distribution, instrumentation and control, variable frequency drives, generator, and all other work required to complete the sewage pumping station and force main improvements. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent of the Bid total in the same fashion as all other submittals that are made with the Bid. The lowest responsible bidder shall submit the actual Bid security to the Authority within three (3) business days after bid opening. The LANCASTER AREA SEWER AUTHORITY hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid.
