the Yuma County Facilities Management, Yuma, Arizona, is accepting proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, professional services, permits, fees, and taxes necessary to complete the referenced project/projects. Should you have any questions regarding this project please address them to the bid email in Attachment A with the project number and name on the subject. Yuma County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or waive any informality in a Proposal. No submitter may withdraw his Proposal for a period of fifty (50) days after opening and reading of the Proposals. Yuma County is an equal opportunity employer and minority business enterprises and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit Proposals. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Proposal bond, with a properly executed Power of Attorney attached, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the proposal payable without condition to the County. Upon receipt of notice of the acceptance of this Proposal, we will execute the formal contract attached within ten (10) days, and will deliver a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond for the faithful performance of this Contract, together with a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance.
