The faces must be 3/16" polycar - bonate with UV-protected, digitally printed vinyl, matching city-approved artwork. (1) 25.2" x 113.4" double-sided 10mm, full-color Electronic Message Center 5-year parts warranty and 5-year labor warranty. The City of Burton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities as may be deemed in the City's best interest. The City of Burton also reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for a period not exceeding sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening of proposals. No proposer shall withdraw his/her proposal within this sixty (60) day period.
