This project involves construction of roughly 720m of asphalt active transportation trail. Most of the trail will be along the Charlottetown Perimeter Highway from Brackley Point Road to the Confederation Trail near the Mt Edward Road intersection with the eastern portion sweeping away from the perimeter highway towards MacLean Ave. The work will generally include, but not necessarily be limited to: project layout, temporary traffic control, clearing and grubbing, removals, utility accommodation, storm sewer, topsoil stripping, excavation, trail construction, pavement markings, water servicing, underground electrical conduit and reinstatement.
