The City is seeking quotes or proposals for RV Repair and Fabrication Services as outlined in this SOLICITATION. The Contractor may need to meet other certain minimum qualifications to propose on this specification.. The City of Pasadena Public Works Department Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (PW-BSFMD) is seeking a vendor to provide RV Repair and Fabrication Services. The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is Thursday, July 27, 2023, prior to 12:00 pm. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through the City's eProcurement Portal Q&A function. Do not contact any City employee or official regarding this solicitation. Any questions submitted after the date and time specified may not be considered. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start 7/1/23. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end 6/30/24. Work orders of products or services will be placed in writing by Dan Adema, Fleet superintendent ((626) 744-4327; dadema@cityofpasadena.net). Any work orders made through any other methods or by any other individuals may be accepted. Contractor shall provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The factory warranty shall become effective on the date of delivery and acceptance by the City. Should any defect in materials or workmanship appear during the warranty period, the Contractor shall repair or replace the same at no cost to the City. Provide RV repair and fabrication services on P30 style step vans. Must include the following: house electrical service, generator service, roof mounted A/C service and other related repairs. Bidder's primary business must be RV repair and service. Vendor must be located within 25 miles of the City of Pasadena. Please see info below for insurance requirements. Garage risk exposure valuation for this specific bid is estimated at $650,000. All services and repairs must be performed and completed at the vendor's premises, NO SUBLETTING.
