r all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Avon Middle School Stadium Lighting Project No bid shall be permitted to be withdrawn without the express approval of the Avon Local Schools Board of Education except as provided under the Ohio Revised Code and said bid shall be firm for ninety days (90) from date received. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto. The Owners Consultant for the Project is Sustainable Energy Services, Inc. (SES), 24700 Center Ridge Road, Suite 260, Westlake, Ohio 44145. Tom Sherman is the contact for SES (Telephone: 440.773.5044); Email: tom@sustainable-energy-services.com). Direct all questions about the Project to Mr. Sherman. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary to provide and install LED Lighting Upgrades to the stadium located at Avon Middle School (School), 3445 Long Road, Avon, OH 44011, which is being implemented as an energy conservation project as provided in Ohio Revised Section 3375.405. The estimated cost of work for the Project is $150,000 Submit questions to the Owner's Consultant prior to 4:00 pm local time on July 28, 2023, to allow sufficient time for a response.
