For Alternate Bid #1 Cypress Drive from Willowbrook Way to return; milling 3" thick for 6,700 SY and overlaying 3" thick of 1,260 tons of HMA, base repair and Mastic One crack repair (If & Where Directed), concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA curb ramp construction, traffic sign replacement, and related appurtenances. For Alternate Bid #2 Redbud Court from Willowbrook Way to end; milling 3" thick for 1,350 SY and overlaying 3" thick of 260 tons of HMA, base repair and Mastic One crack repair (If & Where Directed), concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA curb ramp construction, traffic sign replacement, and related appurtenances. For Alternate Bid #3 Chestnut Drive from Cypress Drive to Willowbrook Way; milling 3" thick for 3,100 SY and overlaying 3" thick of 590 tons of HMA, base repair and Mastic One crack repair (If & Where Directed), concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA curb ramp construction, traffic sign replacement, and related appurtenances. Alternate Bid #4 Manorhouse Court from Woodhurst Drive to end; milling 3" thick for 2,550 SY and overlaying 3" thick of 490 tons of HMA, base repair and Mastic One crack repair (If & Where Directed), concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA curb ramp construction, traffic sign replacement, and related appurtenances. For Alternate Bid #5 Municipal Building Parking Lot; milling 2" thick for 1,900 SY and overlaying 2" thick of 245 tons of HMA, base repair and Mastic One crack repair (If & Where Directed), concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA curb ramp construction, traffic sign replacement, and related appurtenances. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Township of Eastampton for ten percent (10%) of the Total Price Bid in the proposal; except that when the Total Price Bid is $200,000.00 or more, the amount of the proposal guarantee shall be $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent form from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance Bond upon award of contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for the sum of the full amount of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or part, or to make awards to such bidder who, in the judgement of the Township of Eastampton makes the most advantageous bid and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
