This posting is for the Luminary Lane Surface Repair Project. Location: Oskaloosa, IA - Luminary Lane, north from 21st Ave W to Dead End, see site map. Exact locations to be marked by City Staff 4" HMA Paving: Includes surface preparation, tack oil, and 4" HMA Paving that shall be completed in two uniform 2" lifts. Unit of measurement: TONS MILLING: Includes milling at varying depth of existing undesired surface material from PCC roadway. Includes hauling and disposal. Unit of measurement: Square Yards 7" PCC PATCHES Includes removal of damaged concrete and subgrade material to a minimum 13" Depth, installation of minimum 6" of compacted granular subbase (Class A Roadstone), installation of reinforcement and 7" of concrete pavement with integral curb and gutter where required. Unit of measurement: Square Yards * Designated for use only where PCC patchwork is required. * TRAFFIC CONTROL: The Contractor shall provide, erect, and maintain at all times; the necessary warning devices, signs, and traffic control for the protection of workers and the public. MOBILIZATION: Shall include any and all mobilizations required COMPLETION DATE: September 30Th, 2023 - Failure to complete this project by the specified date may result in termination of the contract and disqualification from future projects. Performance Bond: Required if bid is over $25,000. .
