Description: The contractor shall provide a quote for Bullet Resistant Window Film and Installation IAW the Statement of Work and the terms and conditions contained herein. The Amarillo VAMC, located in Amarillo, TX requires the installation of Bullet Resistance film to the windows of the Emergency Room front and adjacent office area windows. Scope The contractor will provide the following products and services under this proposal: 1) Provide 14 mil Security Film for 61 pieces of glass (approximately 660 sq ft) on Emergency Room area. 2) Provide Dow 995 bonding for 61 pieces of glass (approximately 660 sq ft) on Emergency Room area. 3) Perform installation of all aforementioned items in the identified locations. 4) Performance results Place of Performance: The work will be performed at the Emergency Department of the Amarillo VAMC at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, TX 79106. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing no later than 10:00am Central Standard Time (CST), July 21st, 2023.
