Each bid shall be accompanied, in a separate sealed envelope, by a certified or bank check drawn on a bank whose deposits are insured by the F.D.I.C. or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of $9,380.00 and shall be payable without condition to SANITARY & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 352 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will execute the contract and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
