The City of Perryville reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any questions or concerns about the specifications should be addressed to Parks & Recreation Director Jim Cadwell or Parks Maintenance Manager Ron Henderson at the Perry Park Center 573-547-7275 Chosen contractor shall supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to pressure wash and paint exterior surfaces of the Perry Park Center as described in the Scope. A site visit is required to bid on this project. A non-mandatory, Pre-Bid Walk- Through will be conducted August 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Contact Parks & Recreation Director Jim Cadwell or Parks Maintenance Manager Ron Henderson at the Perry Park Center 573- 547-7275 to schedule any other site visit. The Perry Park Center will not be closed during this project. Advance notice is required for areas that will need to be closed off for painting. Designated lettering on building shall be removed prior to commencement of work. Inspection and caulking will be required prior to the commencement of work and pressure washing to ensure no infiltration of water into the building envelope during the process. Inspection is required following pressure washing to ensure caulk has remained in place and no additional penetrations or cracks have occurred; caulk to be added as needed.
