The scope of work for this project includes all equipment, materials, and labour to construct a fully operational irrigation system in Mountain View Cemetery. Refer to attachments for more details: Removal of the existing irrigation system (quick couplers, valves, and valve boxes). Supply and install Hunter controllers, grounding grid, decoders, surge protectors, and control wire. Irrigation installation of, but not limited to: 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 63mm and 50mm HDPE mainline, 75mm, 63mm, 50mm and 38mm HDPE laterals, 100mm HDPE sleeving, electric control valves, control wire conduits, sprinklers, two-wire, mainline drain, quick coupler, isolation vales, and blow-out valves. Landscape restoration for any areas disturbed as part of the work in this contract. Survey for the layout of the irrigation system and preparation of as-builts for the irrigation system. Coordination with Mountain View Cemetery Stakeholders further defined in the specifications. 2-year warranty period.
