The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, and services required to complete all the work, in accordance with requirements contained in the contract documents therefor entitled, 2023 PAVEMENT DIGOUT PROJECT, PHASE 2 Said work to be performed in strict compliance with said plans, specifications and contract documents, which are hereinafter enumerated. It is agreed that said labor, materials, tools, equipment and services shall be furnished and said work performed and completed under the direction and supervision and subject to the approval of the Owner or its authorized representatives. Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via Bid Express no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023 This project generally consists of grinding and paving asphalt concrete digouts, traffic control, storm water pollution control and related incidental work on Lucas Valley Road. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $160,000 Bids are required for the entire work described herein. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. Question Deadline 07/27/2023 at 5:00 PM PT A Bid Bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. These wages are set forth in the General Prevailing Wage Rates for this project, available at the Department of Public Works. Prevailing Wage rates are also available at the State of California Division of Labor Statistics.
