Questions is 8/21/2023 5:00 PM CST furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to perform all work required for the construction of Oak Vista Drive (Delaware Springs) Street and Drainage Improvements, located in the City of Burnet, Texas consisting of the following Demolition of the existing Oak Vista Drive 107 linear feet of 32 feet wide residential collector street 130 linear feet of ribbon curb; a Bid security in a penal sum approximately equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The security may be in the form of a certified check, cashier s check, The successful Bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Burnet may require, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities in Bids received Demolition of the existing Oak Vista Drive; 1,107 linear feet of 32 feet wide residential collector street; 2,130 linear feet of ribbon curb; 102 linear feet of Class IV 18 inch RCP storm pipe; 108 linear feet of Design 3 CMPA storm pipe; 2 each 4' x 4' grate inlets; 95 linear feet of earthen channel; TxDOT urban taper and street apron; and Temporary and Permanent Erosion and Traffic Control.
