The Scope of Work is an integrated part of the Contract Documents and as such do not stand alone if used independently. These documents establish minimum standards of quality for the Contract. The intent of the Contract Documents is to set forth requirements of performance. It is also intended to include all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the Work, to require complete performance of the Work despite omission of specific reference to any minor component part and to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work by the Contractor. Performance by the Contractor shall be required only to the extent consistent with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable from them as being necessary to produce the intended results. Furnish and Install two 100 HP pumps with 125 HP VFDs and one 40 HP jockey pump with a 40 HP pump and VFD. In addition, work includes the purchase and installation of two 125 HP VFDs, electrical design with all electrical work to upgrade the existing electrical system, all labor, pieces and parts along with installation to accomplish the project with a complete working system. Work includes at least two start-ups and troubleshooting.
