The Project consists of Roadway Resurfacing for the Village of Baltimore. This Advertisement for Bids is publicly posted on the Village of Baltimore The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: V3 Companies, LTD. 550 Polaris Parkway, Suite 250, Westerville, OH 43082; Phone (614) 761-1661. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineers Office by contacting the project engineer, Mike Crane (mcrane@v3co.com), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office . Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Village of Baltimore: 103 West Market Street, Baltimore, OH 43105 Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Fairfield County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Village of Baltimore reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Baltimore.
