Gannon Municipal Golf Course Parking Lot Restoration Project - The project consists of the pavement rehabilitation of the parking lot servicing the Gannon Municipal Golf Course. The work includes excavation by milling of existing HMA surface course, select full depth pavement repairs, and pavement overlay while maintaining the grading to existing drain structures, replacement of damaged drain castings, replacement of damaged HMA curb, proposed pavement markings, signs, and other incidental work. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive There will not be a PRE-BID CONFERENCE for this project. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price in the form of certified check, cashiers check or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn. The City of Lynn reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City. Purchasing Agent will prepare the notice of award and this contract Bid under M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the City of Lynn at purchasing@lynnma.gov. Email should identify project name in subject line. The City will answer such requests if received before deadline date.
