**As of August 4, 2023 , this project has been cancelled due to no bids received and this project will rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** Providence Library Roof replacement Bids are being requested for the replacement and installation of a new roof and to re-pitch three sections of the flat roof. Set up and erect safety as required by OSHA. Remove and dispose all existing roofing to the deck. Inspect deck and patch any cracks or deficiencies. Install pressure treated wood blocking where required to receive new insulation. Install fully adhered vapor barrier utilizing spray adhesive. Install 1/8" tapered insulation properly pitched to the drains or scuppers, minimum R=30. Insulation shall be installed utilizing spray adhesive. Install .060 EPDM Fully Adhered Roofing System. Install new .050 edge metal and coping to match existing in size. Install new .040 scuppers and downspouts to match existing in size. All roofing, flashings, drains, edges, penetrations, etc. shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's latest specifications. Furnish the roofing manufacturer's 20-Year Total System Warranty. Remove all debris from site. The bid must include all labor, material, equipment (including a crane-if applicable), removal of all existing materials, dumpster, and applicable permits.
