The scope of work includes but is not limited to; reconstruction and ADA improvements at four different locations within Woodward Park, located at 7775 N. Friant Rd, Fresno, CA 93720. The project also includes repair and repaint of the existing play structures, reconstruction of ADA compliant parking lots and path of travel, installation of new site amenities as follows: ADA accessible picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, water fountain, signage, pour-in-place rubber surface, and others as shown in the Plans. Bid Bond 10.00% A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work.
