Contractor agrees to provide wastewater maintenance, repair and inspection to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to maintain, inspect, and repair the wastewater system(s) at Collier Tunnel Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) over the course of the Agreement, and performing duties each month as outlined by the maintenance manuals and checklists. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to maintain, inspect, and repair the wastewater system(s) at Collier Tunnel Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) over the course of the Agreement; and performing duties each month as outlined by the maintenance manuals and checklists. The designated contact person for this IFB is: Christian Miller California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Email address: christian.miller@dot.ca.gov Phone: (279) 599-1491 Bidder and/or Subcontractor: Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current C-36 Plumbing Contractor license or Class A General Engineering Contractor license issued by the California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) as described in Item 13 of this Invitation for Bid and in Exhibit E of the Proposed Forms of Agreement, Attachment 10. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by July 27, 2023. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions via e-mail to christian.miller@dot.ca.gov The total bid proposal for this Agreement must not exceed $388,000.00. A bid proposal over $388,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected.
