This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for services to perform concrete pavement repair along (1) John C. Lodge Freeway (M-10) Mainline between Telegraph Rd to 8 Mile Rd; (2) Ramp to 8 Mile Rd from M-10 (Exit 13); and (3) SB Southfield Rd to M-10/M-39 Ramp. Work will require removal and disposal of existing concrete pavement, including with curb and gutter; installation of full depth concrete pavement, including with curb and gutter; providing traffic control; and other defined work. Deadline for bidders to submit questions about this RFP 12:00 p.m. Eastern July 21, 2023 Anticipated date the State will post answers to bidder questions on 5:00 p.m. Eastern July 24, 2023 The sole point of contact for the State concerning this RFP is: Ruth Thole, Solicitation Manager 517-335-4972 TholeR@michigan.gov Contacting any other State personnel, agent, consultant, or representative about this RFP may result in bidder disqualification. Prior to Contract execution, the Contractor must furnish performance and lien bonds each for not less than 100% of the total contract price Anticipated contract begin date August 10, 2023 All Contract Activities must be completed by September 30, 2023.
