This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service - Crops Research Laboratory, Fort Collins, CO has a construction requirement for the Installation of Cools Cells into Existing Greenhouses as per the SOW.
