This project consists of providing new athletic field stadium tower mounted LED lighting fixtures, panelboards, and circuiting to replace existing. Existing towers and electrical services will remain and be reused. Question Deadline 07/27/2023 at 5:00 PM ET GENERAL: 1. The intended goal is 30 fc average across the field surface with >=0.5 min/max uniformity, 30'x30' grid spacing was used for basis-of-design. 10 fc average across the surrounding track, uniformity not specified. Fixture quantity is shown with basis-of-design fixtures only, less fixtures are acceptable if they meet basis-of-design photometric levels. 2. New lighting fixtures are to include 5 year warranty from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer and installer agree to repair or replace components of luminaires that fail in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, including but not limited to: structural failures including support components, faulty operation of luminaires and accessories, and deterioration of finishes and materials beyond normal weathering. 3. The visitorside (plan south) towers are approximately 55' above the surface of the field. The home side (plan north) towers are approximately 65' above the surface of the field. 4. New lighting fixtures do not require visors. 5. Architect, Engineer, and Owner make no claims on existing structure for new work. Structural analysis of towers and new fixtures selected to be installed, for wind, weight, and weather conditions, is at the discretion of the contractor and manufacturer to ensure existing towers adequately support new work to be provided
