TYPE OF WORK: Storm Sewer Construction, Trail Construction, Bridge Construction, Restoration The major items of work are approximately: 75 EACH CLEARING & GRUBBING 1,500 LF RC PIPE SEWER 120 LF CONSTRUCT DRAINAGE STRUCTURE 12,500 SF BIUMINOUS WALK 1 LS PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE LOCATION: Various storm sewer outfall locations throughout the City of Northfield. Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the City of Northfield City Clerk. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof. Any bidder who in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other Bidding Documents, may submit to the Engineer a written request for an explanation or interpretation thereof at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled Bid opening Expected Award Date:08/22/2023.
