U of L is seeking to enter into an agreement for their custodial services for University Housing and the Resident Experience (UHRE) as well as Campus Recreation. The successful bidder needs to be able to staffan operation responsible for 12 residence halls and the Student Recreation Center. The 13 facilities operate 24/7/365. An on-call component is a requirement due to the round the clock nature ofthe facilities in the case ofUHRE. All submitted bids must include the following information. Bids received without this information may be subject to disqualification: a. A list of additional equipment that will be used along with a description ofits purpose A detailed list of all products used. This should have brand names, product descriptions, and an explanation of each product's purpose. MSDS sheets shall be supplied by awarded contractor. Outline ofsupervisory stafffor daily contract services to include: Number ofstaff at each site Supervisory Plan Hours of coverage Time ofday on site Buildings to which individuals are assigned Plan detailing how to complete special project work such as: deep and light cleans which are very time-consuming project six (6) months a year, yearly carpet steam cleaning in all bedrooms and common areas, furniture and floor care, cleaning light fixtures.
