The project involves treating approximately 380,000 square feet of paved asphalt surfaces with a pavement rejuvenator. The rejuvenator should effectively lower viscosity, increase penetration, lower the softening point, and increase the ductility of the binder while maintaining the binders ability to retain aggregate and not significantly lower skid resistance. No bid bond is required. No Contractor may withdraw his Proposal/Bid within 45 days after the proposal due date. The selected Contractor must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Total Bid, issued by a surety company acceptable to the Seneca Nation.
