Reference Number : 0000325572 Question Deadline 08/29/2023 at 12:00 PM MT Send all inquiries via email, referencing the RFP number and title in the subject line, to rkeenan@gilpincounty.org Gilpin County is seeking to replace the low slope EPDM roof and no hub drain sets at the Gilpin County Community Center. Firms with experience in low slope roof replacement, and maintenance will be best suited for this project. The qualified Firm is to provide all the necessary services, labor, equipment, and supplies required for the satisfactory completion as described in this RFP. The Firm will provide services which may include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyze need for crickets to correct ponding, drainage issues, and unsupported areas. Removal of existing Ballast. Removal of existing EPDM rubber sheeting. Remove all No-Hub drain sets. Install crickets as needed to eliminate ponding, poor drainage or unsupported areas of EPDM sheeting. Re-set new No-Hub drain sets. Reflash all junctions. Reinstall appropriate EPDM or other waterproof low slope roofing material. Reinstall/Install walkways to RTUs for HVAC maintenance workers. Water test roof for any leaks and confirm no ponding. Provide warranty on workmanship and material. Provide optional maintenance schedule. In performing the work, the Firm shall use the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under similar circumstances by members of the same profession working in both the Denver-Boulder metropolitan area, and similar areas within the Continental US. The Contractor represents to the County that the Contractor is, and its employees performing such work are, properly licensed and/or registered within the State of Colorado for the performance of the work (if licensure and/or registration is required by applicable law) and that the Contractor and its employees possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities to complete the work competently, timely, and professionally Project Start 9/18/23
