Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) requires a contractor to perform services for the removal and replacement of a concrete slab. The required services, as described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) include but are not limited to the following: Remove the existing concrete slab in front of an exit door at the and replace with the same dimensions as the existing slab at the Watertown SD Substation #4. 1.1.1 Existing concrete slab to be removed Thickness 7 Width 84 Length 72 1.1.2 Replace the existing concrete slab with the same measurements at the existing. 1.1.3 The replacement area of the concrete slab will have holes drilled below the frost line for rebar placement. 1.1.4 Once holes are drilled place rebar in holes and out to the areas that will be poured. 1.1.5 The replacement concrete slab once cured should eliminate any heaving during the winter months by the drilling of holes and rebar placement. In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the Salt Lake City District. Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer. This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the Salt Lake City District under the FAA Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).Question concerning this solicitation must be received prior to the closing date of the solicitation. In order to be considered Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and offers must include all of the required documents outline in Section L of the solicitation.
