PRD NO - 17-PR-0128-06 County: Anne Arundel Cost of Plans: Contract No.: AA8925174 Classification: B Funding: Federal Bid Opening: August 24, 2023 F.A.P. Number: N/A This project is a drainage remediation of a failed wet pond (Harry Truman Park and Ride Pond, BMP ID 020584) embankment, principal spillway pipe, and storm drain inflows located in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland just north of the Harry Truman Park and Ride. The project site lies within the Maryland State Highway Administration right-of-way. The work included clearing, grading, structural repair of the storm water management pond embankment, drainage inflow pipe replacement, riser structure and drainage outflow pipe system replacement and final stabilization. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
