The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking services to Install Landscape and Pathway Lightings, to the department's CAL FIRE Training Center (CFTC) located at 4501 Highway 104, Ione, CA 95640 Contactor shall provide all transportation, materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, and fees to install landscape and pathway lightings, which are provided by CAL FIRE Training Center (CFTC). The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Written Question Submittal July 28, 2023 Payment Bond Requirement: If the total contract price exceeds $25,000.00, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. T Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Landscape and Pathway Lighting, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, and fees to install landscape and pathway lightings, which are provided by CAL FIRE Training Center (CFTC). 2. The Agreement may be amended to increase services at the rate(s) specified in Attachment 1, Rate Sheet. 3. The services shall be performed at CAL FIRE CFTC: 4501 Highway 104, Ione, CA 95640 4. Any reference to CAL FIRE Project Representative shall also include their designee. 5. This Agreement will commence on August 01, 2023 (est), or upon approval by CAL FIRE, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by CAL FIRE. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by CAL FIRE Project Representative. This Agreement shall expire on October 31, 2023 (est). The services shall be provided during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except State holidays.
