Replacement of platform canopy roof membrane, roof specialties and downspouts. Replacement of platform lighting and associated conduits and wiring. Removal, salvage and resetting of existing supervisor booth. Protection of existing conduits, wiring, CCTV, PA, future path equipment, Wi-Fi, and antennas on the platform canopies during construction. Removal, salvage and resetting of existing platform signage. Replacement of platform end stairs and railings. Addition of fence enclosure at ends of platform. Improvement of platform headhouse that includes enlargement of platform headhouse, replacement of platform headhouse glass exterior and doors, replacement of platform headhouse ceiling, replacement of platform headhouse lighting and associated conduits and wiring, removal, salvage and resetting of existing CCTV cameras, replacement of platform headhouse registers and grilles, replacement of platform headhouse HVAC and associated ducts, replacement of railings at the staircase, replacement of epoxy floor at stairs and headhouse, installation of enclosures around conduits in platform headhouse, and addition of fixed seating. Improvement of station lobby (paid area) that includes replacement of station lobby ceiling, replacement of station lobby lighting and associated conduits and wiring, replacement of station lobby epoxy floor, replacement of ceiling mounted clock, replacement of smoke detectors, and removal, salvage and resetting of existing CCTV cameras and PA speaker.
