The new fence will be located around and within the Sister Cities Park. The security of the Work Area is to be maintained throughout the entire project. This is to be done with temporary fencing. Sawcutting, excavation and compaction are required for the fence post foundations and additional curbing. Placement of steel reinforcement and structural concrete is to be constructed for the fence post footings. The contractor is to furnish and install steel fabricated gates with posts. Also included is the modification of the existing fence on the east boundary of the project south of 18 th Street. This work will include increasing the height of the fence and adding pickets on the top of the existing fence. Cleanup and finishing of the final project are required.
