General Services Agency Consideration Award Date August 28, 2023. It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe cardboard recycling services being requested by the County. The County intends to award a one (1) year contract (with the option to renew for four [4] years) to the Bidder selected as the highest credit responsive and responsible Bidder whose response meets the County's requirements. A. SCOPE Alameda County, General Services Agency (GSA)-Property & Salvage Division requires cardboard recycling services. Bid responses that do not comply may be rejected. The cost quoted must include all taxes (excluding sales and use tax) and all other charges, including travel expenses. The cost quoted must be the price the Contractor will pay the County for recycled goods for the term of any contract resulting from this IRFQ. Quantities listed on the Excel Bid Form are for example only; quantities are not to be construed as a commitment of the County. No minimum or maximum is guaranteed or implied. Bid pricing on all line items is required. If there are any line items that are not priced, the bid may be considered a partial bid and disqualified.
