Any technical questions concerning this project should be directed to the City Engineer's office at 419-334-8963. Any bid questions should be directed to the Administrative Office at 419-334-2687 Project Completion Date: November 22nd, 2023 Engineer's estimate is $343,000.00 GENERAL II. MOBILIZATION TS-2 The Contractor is expected to secure a "Construction Yard" for the duration ofthe project. All company vehicles, equipment, and work trailers shall be parked there when not in use and especially after work hours and on weekends. All material shall be stored there except when in use on the job site. Only exception is the "stringing" of pipe along the work area with the approval ofthe Engineer. The street pavement and right-of- way shall not be used for a "Construction Yard" Any stone placed on the street pavement shall be used immediately during the construction operation and only with the permission of the Engineer. The existing pavement shall be opened completely after work hours and on weekends. Open excavations in the pavement shall be plated over. Open excavations in the right- of-way shall be fenced x The following are supplemental specifications to the Construction and Material Specifications of the Ohio Department ofTransportation. The specifications (CMS-ODOT) may be examined by a prospective bidder in the office ofthe Fremont City Engineer.
