551/22085.TYC Project Scope of Work: Create a new shower/ locker room and toilet room space within the existing Michigan State Police Special Operations Headquarters facility. New construction to be CMU walls supporting a concrete mezzanine floor for mechanical equipment. Two new barrier free accessible toilet rooms with ceramic tile floors and epoxy painted walls. Five new individual changing / shower rooms with ceramic tile floor and walls. Six new metal vented metal lockers with one wooden bench. Janitor space with a service sink, mop rack and metal storage cabinet. Aluminum doors and frames in all new openings. Suspended fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) ceiling, LED lighting and mechanical ventilation equipment, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.. All as indicated by the drawings and specifications. Work will include installation of temporary security fencing to separate work area from existing Airport property access. Temporary fencing to be removed and existing security fence to be restored at the completion of project.
