Site Directions: 625 Robert Street N., St. Paul, MN 55155 State Project Number 02FR0028 Building Automation System Replacement at Freeman Building A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Upgrade all non-supported Honeywell automation controllers with the latest compatible controls. Reprogram all controllers. 2. XL5000 series controllers need to be upgraded to Comfort Point Open. All local and global controllers will be replaced. 3. Sequences of operation will be tested and commissioned, so that they are in accordance with the intent of the current as-built system. 4. Replace and test the existing Honeywell controllers for VAV boxes and other existing terminals throughout the building. 5. In instances where existing valve or VAV damper actuators are integral with the existing controllers, replace the actuators along with the controllers. Update the BAS front-end graphics. Recreate these to show the floor plans with approximate equipment locations. All questions should be submitted no later than 5:00 PM CT, August 7, 2023. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. 7073.00
