The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a construction requirement for various repairs to building enclosures for the maintenance and garage buildings at Beaver Creek Substation, Brush, CO. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work (including work of an incidental nature), for Brush Service Center Repairs, Brush, CO, complete, in strict accordance with the Specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated order of magnitude for this acquisition is between $100,000 to $250,000.
