This project includes, but not limited to the construction of a new reuse booster pump station to include pumps, controls, electrical, site work, ground storage tank chlorination and related appertnances located on Mill Bayou Blvd. The Project also includes, but not limited to improvements to the existing Sports Park Reuse Booster Pump Station to include pumps, controls, electrical, site work, ground storage and tank chlorination All bids must be submitted on the Bid Form as furnished in this Specification. The bids must be accompanied by all required documents listed in the bid and by a Bid Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with the Owner if bid is accepted. The successful bidder (prime contractor) will be required to submit a list of his subcontractors with their bid. The prime bidder shall have a minimum of an underground utility contractor's license registered in the state of Florida The City of Lynn Haven reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informalities in any bid, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project.
