CONTRACT NO. 23-MB1 GENERAL: Scope of work generally consists of the renovation of a 13,500 SF municipal building including select demolition; removal and disposal of existing interior and exterior materials; framing; interior walls; shelving and casework; partitions; concrete slab on grade; foundation improvements; roof framing; handrails; stairs; columns; masonry; standing seam metal roof; floor finishing; restrooms and toilet room accessories; concrete floor; man doors; windows; glazing; tile ceiling and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 23-MB2 MECHANICAL: The scope of work generally consists of the installation of all mechanical work associated with the Municipal Building renovation including demolition and disposal of existing HVAC system; installation of four new roof top units; louvers; diffusers; electric heaters; ductwork; duct detectors; exhaust fans and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 23-MB3 PLUMBING: The scope of work generally consists of demolition and disposal of existing plumbing facilities; installation of new water, sanitary, ventilation, and gas piping; floor drains; plumbing fixtures; water heater; connections to existing services and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 23-MB4 FIRE PROTECTION: The scope of work generally consists of the installation of a fire suppression system for the municipal building and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 23-MB5 ELECTRICAL: The scope of work generally consists of demolition and disposal of existing electrical facilities; installation of new fire alarm system; connection to existing electrical system; wiring of facility; connections to interior and exterior lighting; emergency lighting; receptacles; data outlets and all other necessary appurtenances for said construction.
